The bed was comfortable, and there was a choice of firm and soft pillows. Overall cleanliness was good.
Did not care for the egg dishes; however, there are plenty of choices and the coffee is very good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff was attentive, especially during breakfast! I noticed a lot of plastic waste in the breakfast utensils. A more eco-friendly approach would enhance the experience.

The Hotel has a great location! The reception area is warm and inviting and the staff is friendly. The room we had was spacious, comfortable and the amenities were great! The rate we got was great!

The location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from Westwood Mall. This hotel was in a downtown area near to areas to hike and explore. Booked a room with minifridge.
The staff were overwhelmed, didn't expect that coming.

Pool and sauna very nicely kept, not overflowing with chemicals! Super friendly staff, very clean, cozy beds. Nice to be able to get the kids a burger and a shake just out the front door at Hudson's. Plus a waxing room - what could be better?

Our room was clean and neat.
Our room faced the parking lot. It would have been better if it was facing the woods. The hotel was not booked solid so this accommodation could have been met, but it wasn't even offered.
